ART-L7-PARITY-002 (Node ↔ Python ↔ Go) exists as a historical report under non-kernel/frontend/data/evidence/artifacts/ in the repository. It is not part of the public Living Evidence Manifest VERIFIED set and is not served from the static export path.
Public pure verifiers: Node.js and Python 3. Each computes hashes independently from the sealed capsule. Exit 0 only on sealed hash match.
